The proposed building emphasises the importance of developing the Charing Cross streetscape whilst also activating side setbacks with street-front courtyards. The streetscape has also been considered to the urban garages via the use of terraces.

It is envisaged that this proposal will stand as an example of future construction technique and enhance the development of this precinct. It is a demonstration project for innovative design and transit orientated design (T.O.D)
