Leadlight Hotel

This site is a critical gateway site into a renewed Northbridge. The architectural response proposed recognises the importance of the built form on the quality of spaces, the environment and the built form context. We have been cognisant throughout the design of creating a building of exceptional quality, responsive to its environment, that engages its context on both a pedestrian scale and in the greater building context.

The mixed use development comprises of 126 suites accompanied by a ground floor common area, forecourt onlooking Newcastle street, rooftop bar above the existing George & George building, Diner and rooftop bar to Leadlight Hotel with pool and swim-up bar.
